It is not a 3-star hotel. Way below that. Room A/C got switched off automatically in the middle of the night. The breakfast was buffet. However, only the restaurant staff could serve them. Seriously? Also, the staff who served the breakfast was rude. The breakfast spread was very limited - only 4 South Indian dishes. Restaurant table was unclean. Alcohol bottles & food leftover by guests were strewn around the walking passage. It gave an unpleasant sight. Room had pungent odour. It was present throughout my stay. Toiletries were very limited & never would match a hotel touted as 3-star property. Food was grossly overpriced. None of the staff wore masks. Appeared dangerous during COVID-19 era.

Good to stay during business visit. rooms are confirmable and reasonable. staff are friendly. foods are good. Please is reasonable. good for business visits. Located in town with easy access. Having good restaurant where you can have good South Indian foods.

The variety of food is exciting. Chinese dishes are really mouth watering and best around tiruppur. The service is good. The dinning is clean and tidy. Food is really fresh and very delicious. There are rooms which are much comfortable and at reasonable price.

Decent hotel. Nothing bad. Very neat and clean. Do not expect any luxury. No kettle in the room for making a quick tea.Good well mannered and courteous staff. Neat and clean large enough Toilet. Average buffet breakfast - Idli, Dosa, Vada, Poha, Bread and corn flakes. Overall, value for money. I stayed in the Suite room and it had a sofa also. Large enough rooms. Cons - I didnt like the odour that was inside the room. Looks like they used some cheap ari freshner. Luckily it went off once the AC started running. Time for the hotel to change the towels. They have worned out.

This was a short one night stay and we were on an official trip. The hotel is very well maintained and has very courteous staff. Rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities. There is restaurant and bar facility available as well. Front desk called up to ask if we will be having dinner in room or down in the restaurant, which I found very efficient and courteous of them. The food is slightly on the higher side but I think that's common everywhere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Flat-screen tv is available although there's only local cable TV and not satellite. We were too occupied to watch TV anyway. All in all, very satisfied. Recommended for anyone visiting the town.
